This is my first memoir concerning the recreational use of Diphenhydramine. In this memoir I describe in detail my first encounter with DPH. I also shed some light on the true identity of the infamous 'shadow people' revealed by this drug. In following memoirs I am going to discuss the demonic realm as exposed by DPH through the lens of Biblical discernment.
